Must try the homemade kimchi, I can't go back to the other stuff now. In fact, all of their homemade stuff is excellent.

Came here at around 7ish at night to go grocery shopping. Only Asian place in sf that opens late and you can grab pretty much every asian essential. I love the kimchi options and the fresh ones from the stores own stock. So excited and can't wait to come. The cashiers are super friendly and accommodating as well. I wish they were bigger because every thing is reasonably priced and there is definitely quality care in the products. Looking forward to come back!!!!

Great little market to grab some Korean groceries as well as grab a quick meal. The prices for are reasonable for grab and go lunch or dinner, though some of the ban chan items were on the more expensive side. I really enjoyed the Korean fried chicken and the gimbap!!

Food (5/5): Woori Food Market offers a wide variety of fresh grab-and-go meals ranging from various combinations and portions of kimbab, japchae, fried rice, and much more. For the value and convenience, you really can't beat Woori Market. I love being able to quickly pop in here to grab something quick and convenient to eat. They also offer a wide selection of unique Asian groceries. I was pleasantly surprized to see that they sell pre-sliced shabu shabu meat and my brother's favorite snacks here when they did not have it at 99 Ranch. Service (5/5): The cashiers are always kind and efficient. I love how they provide a bag and utensils if you purchase their grab-and-go meals without having to ask which is very thoughtful and considerate of them. At times, there are max two cashiers so there may be a small line to checkout. Ambiance (5/5): Woori Food Market is conveniently located near Japantown. Don't let the size of the store fool you because they have so much to offer! There is also a nice fountain across the street from the market that has ample outdoor seating areas which is great to take any of your Woori grab-and-go meals to eat at!

I came for the kimbap and was not disappointed. The bulgogi kimbap was fresh, flavorful and a great value. The market had a nice variety of snacks, prepared, and fresh items. They even had a nice utensil and appliance section . I'll be back before I leave the area.

I love coming here so much. I've gotten everything from the japchae to the fried rice to the Gimbap. I got the veggie gimbap and as per usual it did not disappoint. Honestly, the food here sometimes is better than some k restaurants in the city. The ingredients taste fresh and they're so flavorful. The market has everything you can ask for more and I love coming here not only to grocery shop also for a nice on the go lunch. Also, look how good this onigiri looks! The buldok and tuna mayo hits soooo good with the spicyneas from the buldok. I haven't see. This anywhere and it was so so delicious

Long overdue review for Woori! I've been coming here for over a year now and love the entire vibe of the grocery store. They stock a selection of Korean food, snacks and drinks -- and even offer some hot food options as well. I've tried their spicy fried chicken and japchae and enjoyed both items! I recently also came back from Korea and was missing some of the snacks and drinks I was frequently having. I stopped by Woori hoping that they would carry some of the items I was craving and was so happy when they did! (p.s. HIGHLY recommend the milk classic crackers! We tried them in Korea and have been obsessed ever since. We brought back like 6 bags and were regretting not getting more, but luckily Woori has them!!!!) Their staff are always so nice and I enjoy interacting with them! Definitely recommend coming to Woori for your essential Korean groceries !!!

A small, but well-stocked Korean mart wedged between Fillmore district and Japantown. While the prices are higher than an Hmart, this place is more locationally convenient to those who live in the heart of the city -- making it a go-to to grab some kimbap and sides for lunch. They have a variety of well-priced kimbap (beef, seafood, veggie) and lots of delicious sides (kimchi, seaweed salads, bean sprouts etc). I also come here to get flour when I need to make any recipes requiring Asian dough (like dumplings or pancakes).

Not only do they sell groceries, Woori also serves Korean comfort foods in their mini grab-and-go prepared food section. Their Kimchi Kimbap always hits the spot; it's so flavorful and has the crunch from the kimchi that goes so well with the rice and softer veggies. Their Beef Kimbap is another go-to but usually only when I have some yellow pickled radish at home. I wish all of the kimbaps came with some slices of radish. Prices for their kimbap are alright as well; the beef kimbap is $6.99 and the deluxe is $10.99. Their japchae is pretty standard but with a strong onion flavor. Their triangle kimbaps are tasty as well but, again, nothing special. Their spicy popcorn chicken tastes great when it's fresh. Crunchy skin and tender meat! But for its price, I'd rather go for bone-in Korean fried chicken instead, which they don't sell. The store's well stocked with Korean snacks and ramen. Though it's not as affordable as Hmart, its location is so convenient for me, and I find myself visiting every few weeks.
